How to Make a Tissue Holder with Vinyl

Supplies needed:

• 1 sheet of soft vinyl (the ones in the tutorial are part of our current patterned vinyl collection but you can use any vinyl)
• 17mm grommets & tools needed to install
• 1 pack of travel tissue
• sewing machine
• scissors or rotary cutter
