Return Policy

Error
If we have made a mistake with your order or you have received a defective product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt so we can rectify it . You will be asked to return the incorrect/defective item at our cost and upon receipt of return, we will ship the correct/replacement item to you.

Return Authorization

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom / special orders
• Items marked "Final Sale"

The following items are subject to a 15% restocking fee:

• DK93 table presses (accessories do not have a restocking fee)

You may return products in new, complete, unaltered, and unused condition within 30 days of receipt.  Include a copy of your order with the returned item(s) circled.

• Please allow approximately 2 weeks from date of receipt of your return for processing.

• If you received free shipping but the order falls below the free shipping minimum after the return, a $9 flat fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps to cover the original shipping costs.  This fee is waived if you opt for store credit instead of a refund.

Shipping is not refundable.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges cannot be accommodated.  You may place a new order for any items needed.

(Big box companies let me return used products in any condition at any time for a full refund. Why don't you?
We are a very small, family-run business with only 1 person running most of the operations.  We 100% promise that if we are ever funded by millions - billions of dollars from investors, and become one of the largest corporate entities in the country, with a CEO that's among the richest in the world, our refund policy will be equally generous!)

Processing Time
Returns are processed only during the weekends. Please allow approximately 14 business days from date of receipt of your return for processing.

Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable packages returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address will incur additional shipping fees to reship. Should you choose to cancel your order rather than have it resent, a refund will be issued less actual shipping costs charged by the shipping carrier on your original package. This amount may be greater than the discounted shipping fees you paid on your order. An order confirmation email is always sent after an order is placed, and we encourage you to double check the address you provided and notify us of any errors prior to our shipping of your product.

Abandoned International Packages
Refunds cannot be issued if you choose to abandon a package rather than pay any import-related taxes, duties, and/or fees.
