KX Dies for Jean Button Rivets

I bought this die set to install Levis buttons onto my favorite jeans so I could wear suspenders with those jeans. The dies were easy to install into the press and made installing the buttons onto the waistband of my Levis easy.

I was impressed with the effort Kamsnaps made to explain and help me select the correct dies. I have 60 years of experience buying tooling to fabricate parts for motorsports, while I could have just whacked my "jean buttons" onto the waist of my jeans with a block of wood and a hammer, that seemed wrong and prone to misplacement and damaging the parts.

Having the big green press meant I'd somehow, someway, someday...purchase all the dies to use with it. That day came with lots more than I asked for. My thyroid messed up & I lost 30 pounds within a few weeks. All's well, so fast forward to my jean shorts/pants. They didn't fit me any longer. Too costly to replace knowing I'd gain some weight back on...so the KX Dies for Jean Button Rivets saved the day! I needed an inch or more taken in so I installed a new jean button to the side of the manufactured one and Waa-Laa! Love my dies; All of them, but this one saved me lots of money.
