KAM Snaps replaced the set and tested what they sent before they shipped them out. Very unusual Customer Service these days I will continue to use KAM Snap's products until I have my inventory well stocked.
I used these snaps to replace the snaps on two separate jackets for my son-in-law. One was a heavier winter jacket that had the snaps on fleece on the collar. The other was a lighter spring jacket. He was amazed how great they looked! And how great they worked!
