Size 20 regular length is used on most projects involving lightweight to mid-weight fabric. This is the most commonly used size and length.  Ex: diapers, bibs, sanitary pads, fabric wallets, regular clothing

Size 20 extra long is recommended for slightly thicker material like double layers of vinyl. Ex: vinyl snap trays, snap tabs/key fobs, chinese prefold diapers
