You've seen those dreaded e-collars/cones that animals universally dislike wearing. They seem to be a necessary evil. But there is another, and perhaps better way, to keep your dog or cat from licking open wounds, sores, and hot spots. Animal t-shirts!
When Cheryl L.W.'s kitty had surgery and the vet suggested a t-shirt to keep him away from his incision (2 1/2" under his armpit), the only t-shirt she could find in his size with sleeves had Velcro on it, and the sound of velcro scared her cat. So, she took off the offensive Velcro and put on KAMSnaps :-)
Now her handsome cat can recover in peace and in style! And the best part, not having to wear an e-collar!
