If you're finding that you lack the arm strength to apply sufficient pressure with the heavy duty DK93 table press:
- The press might be too high and should be placed on a lower surface. The press should be low enough so that you can fully straighten your elbow when pressing down. This provides better leverage and also allows you to lean into the press to use more of your body weight and less of your arm strength.
- You can also stand on a step stool to elevate your position if you can't lower the press.
- Make sure the vertical screw behind the handle is lowered enough so that the handle isn't hitting it when depressed.
- Our KX-T2 pro-standup (mini-table press) might be a good alternative since it's much smaller / shorter and is much much easier to press down on.
