Can You Use a KAM Press to Install Snaps from Snap Source?

You can use our multi-functional presses to install certain snaps from The Snap Source.

You will first need one of the following presses:

• KX8J pro-handheld
• KX-T2 pro-standup press
• DK93 table press with DK93-KX adapter base

To set open-ring snaps, you will need:

• Open-ring snap dies
• If you have size 16 snaps from TSS, use our size 16 snaps.
• If you have size 15 snaps from TSS, use our size 14 snaps. (Different sizing!)
• If you have size 14 snaps from TSS or any other size, we do not have compatible dies at this time.

If your snaps have the full circle "snap top", you will also need:

• Additional bottom die for full circle caps
• Note that this bottom die is the same one included in the no-change plastic snap die set.
