Trying to locate a missing sock can be maddening when it happens almost every time you're doing laundry.
This simple, but brilliant idea was discovered on diaperswappers.com and takes all the frustration out of socks that have gone missing in action.
Easily add some snap fasteners to socks:
1) so they can be snapped together before being placed in the hamper so you never have to worry about lost socks again
2) to help identify which socks belong to which child when you use different colored snaps
3) so you can accessorize with snap-on bows, flowers or other cute stuff
Size 20 snaps were used in the example below. If your socks are on the thin side, reinforcing the sock around the snap will prevent tearing or you can try size 16 instead, which have a gentler grip.
