I recently purchased the Kam snap professional bundle. I make wallets and use rivets to hold my tags on my bags. I had been using a hand held snap press for my wallets and doing the old school hammer tapping system for my rivets. I wasn't ready to spend the money to upgrade to this new tool and I totally regret not buying it sooner. Game changer! Not only is this easier on my hands but it makes a long time consuming process so much quicker! I am so supremely happy and wish I had bought it sooner. Also, I had not understood the cutting dyes. I ordered one that was way too big for me and the company knew it. Instead of making a few more bucks at my lack of knowledge they reached out to me to make sure I knew what I was getting. I figured out that they were correct and they took off the incorrect dye and quickly refunded the amount. Suffice to say customer service was an A+ and they now have a very loyal customer.
