As a new user, I was a bit nervous about handling this press. It was so easy to hold, but better than that was the ease of using it for snaps. I am hooked on it!

Would definately recomend.
I was a little concerned if it would get the button rivets tight enough, but that was unnecessary (Handheld Press). The product works great. On top of that the customer service was exceptional. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars.
