How to Install Plastic Snaps & the Tools Needed

• Plastic snaps
• KX no-change dies  in the same size as the plastic snaps
• If using the DK93 heavy duty table press, you also have the option of DK93 professional-grade dies . Click here for a comparison of no-change vs pro-grade dies. 
• One of the following KAMsnaps® tools: ( which tool do I have?)
• KX8J pro-handheld 
• KX-T2 pro-standup press

Also Recommended

• Dies to safely and quickly remove plastic snaps. NOT compatible with K1 / K2 / K3 basic pliers.
• Hand awl to pierce holes in your fabric for snap placement.
• Awl dies serve the same function as the hand awl (to pierce holes) but allow the press to do most of the work.
• If you'll be setting your snaps in vinyl or leather, hole punching dies will make it easier. NOT compatible with K1 / K2 / K3 basic pliers.
