* For best results, size 14 plastic snaps should be installed with the table press with professional-grade dies.  You can "make do" with the other tools listed, which may perform an adequate enough job for non-professional use.  
** K2/K3 provides more consistent results with size 20 plastic snaps compared to K1. If you don't intend to use size 14 or 16 snaps, the K2/K3 is highly recommended.

*** Longer fabric clearance/reach allows snaps to be installed farther from edge of fabric.
